Description

A rare extra large antique Japanese Satsuma vase with a gilded vignette on the front of two raised relief figures and temple, iris flowers on the back, sides, and handles. Comes from an old art collection of Asian art in Dallas. Japan, circa 1885 to early 1900s. No maker’s mark. Excellent condition – minor age wear, no cracks or chips.
