Cherubs and angels mingle with mythical creatures amid urns overflowing with fruit and flowers all over these extraordinary pieces. Ochre chain link borders. Rare jet black background. Slight height difference attests to the antiquity and entirely hand made qualities of this rare 150 year old French pottery. Marked "Gien France" with the company castle mark used beginning in 1875.
