1950s-1960s Italian Murano light lavendor/mauve glass catchall bowl. Beautiful copper aventurine inclusions patterned throughout the glass on both top and under sides. Aventurine ("avventurina" in Italian) is a centuries old Murano glass-making technique which produces a shimmering effect through a complex crystallization process. Classic mid-20th century Italian Murano art glass design.
