Antique French grape and elephant Barbotine majolica vase with ceramic handcrafted and hand-painted grapes and vine in three-dimensional relief on a mottled background on the front and side. Elephant head handles on the sides. Hand-painted florals against a hand-painted mottled background on the back. Marked "E.G., 259" on the underside for Edouard Gilles. Minor wear.
